your workout routine do you work out every day is there something special you do with food like are you on all the steroids in the world how do you do it yeah so I fast every day I wake up coffee gym is the first thing I do I’m a big believer in shitty workouts i’ never schedule a day off and then I lift heavy [ __ ] compound movement squats deadlifts power cleaning then my day starts I typically don’t eat until past 4: some nights I don’t eat till like 8 9:00 at night I pretty much eat once a day or eat inside this 4-Hour window my body’s used to it I find that I’m more productive that way if I eat lunch man it makes me sluggish my productivity just go like plummets I feel it gives me a clear mind really enjoy fasting
