I had to replace my hub so I had to respoke the wheel. Everything went cattywamp. I attempt to straighten it all out. Is this about the best you can expect for someone untrained and with a cheap stand? I got the bike second hand so I don't know if it's possible to even have a perfectly straight wheel at least without paying a crap ton.

Maybe not perfect, but IMHO it’s pretty damn good as shown.
If you were working in a bike shop and building a wheel with a new rim (especially for a rim brake bike), I think it would need to be straighter. But for my personal wheels, that’s about as good as they get. I don’t have time for perfection!
You did a great job.
Just to check, make sure you have good tension around the wheel on all the spokes.
You can move the pins closer to get a straighter wheel, or just do it by eye.
Practice makes perfect with this kinda thing.
