Just finished this up for a friend, it’s a Schwinn Sierra, only thing original is the frame.
Nexus roller brakes, Nexus 8 speed hub with IRD bar end shifter and 20t cog, pink KMC single speed chain, Promax SQ-1 160mm crank with purple 40t chainring, 38cm ZIPP bars, and finished off with a Brooks saddle and bar tape.

Looks good. Not enough color in high end bikes. White tires would look sweet.
