Get a motobecane phantom cross uno or mercier kilo tt from bikes direct. These are overpriced and not good.
Of the 2 I like the PRIORITY ACE also they have a sale until the 24th
Of the two I vote for the Wythe because it has sealed bearings in the hubs. If you upgraded to the Ace of Spades** you’d also get sealed bearings in the hubs.
These bikes aren’t great for the money imo
