During spring tuneup I noticed a bulge on my rear tire. Bought a replacement tube and after a couple hours seating and reseating, I always end up with a bulge, not always in the same place. Did I buy the right size tube? Any tips?

Bonus, spot the beagle lol. I didnt realize he snuck in my pic.
I’ve replaced tubes before and never deslt with this.
I solved it. Worn out inner lining right where the bulge is.
