Is my posture/fit/bike size bad? Feels like a lot of weight on my arms. Usually tilt saddle back to sit comfortable. 187cm tall, Surly Disc Trucker 58cm from 2014.

do you use gloves? I find the pads on gloves helps a lot with arm and hand tension.
I’m no expert but it looks like everything else seems to fit. good line between knee and toes when extended.

it’s only bad if you’re uncomfortable
so for not very good internet bike fit advice i suggest you upload pics with your feet on pedals at 3 & 9 o’clock positions so we can eyeball your knee to pedal spindle
first impression is start sneaking your seat forward on the rails in little bits and don’t be worried about saddle tilt-back for upright positions to get back on your sit bones
think about getting a stem 1-2cm shorter
you’re leaned over pretty far and reaching way out there in the pic with the yellow jersey for what i would suggest for a touring setup
your mileage may vary

With weight on your hands, conventional wisdom says to move your saddle back. Worked for me. Might then need to adjust stem and bars to match.

This is probably more appropriate for r/bikefit than here.
