You buy a new saddle. Looks like the holes at the back of the saddle where the rails seat are blown out. If they’re intact, the saddle itself might be cracked. I had a similar thing happen when I got hit by a car years ago. Was too broke at the time for a new saddle so just taped everything together but it was pretty shit.

Just don’t be that crazy person, that thinks Krazy glue would fix the job lol. But yeah that saddle is finito, incoming new saddle day.
