I have a new pair of Crankbrothers Eggbeater 2. Never use these before.
Feels like pedals with 5000km on it. Constantly squeaking and clicking. These rubbero-plastic orings fell off after 50-100km. Is this plastic spacers between sole and cleats do the magic? I didn’t use them. From what I Know they are not required. Shoe is clicking in-out with no issues.
I have already reassembled them putting nice touch of Top Grease. Let me know if there is anything I can do or if it’s sounds like warranty case.

I believe you’re experiencing that; I have the same, never had the squeaking you described.
That ring shouldn’t have fallen off, ~~they’re included in the rebuild kit – https://www.crankbrothers.com/products/pedal-refresh-kit~~ see below, I think /u/c0nsumer is correct
If your cleats are properly adjusted, then I’d say warranty, they may have some troubleshooting steps.
Buy better pedals
