Looking to get a starter bike. Red Fuji is $275, blue Fuji is $175, Cannondale is $250, and the Trek is $350. Trek and red Fuji said to be ridden only twice. Cannondale has new tires and tune up. Blue Fuji is in good shape with scrapes.
Should I throw any of these out of the equation or even go for one?

Verify condition in person, and likely assume that tires and brake pads need replacing. I don’t see provisions for a rear rack on any of them other than the blue Fuji, so all other things being equal I’d lean towards that
