I bought the top tube bag and internal frame bag recently and the top tube bag has been great so far. It’s super stable even on rocky descents. I’ve taken the internal frame bag out on one ride and can’t say the internal lining (the bit that divides the main compartment and document pocket) is very durable. Something in my bag has managed to rub and wear a hole through it already. The fabric is thin and isn’t hard wearing, compared to my Restrap full frame bag. Just something to keep in mind if purchasing.

Bummer! I feel your pain. I experienced something similar with Mountain Laurel Designs (MLD) Poco Panniers and their Ultra Fork Dry Bags after only 115 miles. Anyone considering them should thing twice. Oh, by the way, if you don’t see any negative reviews on their FB or Website it’s because they delete them.
Hopefully, Tailfin will work with you. MLD told me I was on my own to fix it.
