Is a handle bar roll like this ok for a 2 weeks tour?
There is a layer of clear frame protection tape on the headtube. The bar is always in contact with the head tube.
“The bag is always in contact with the head tube”, not the bar, sorry.

Sounds like you are. It’s just a bike. You’ve already got tape on it and the worst that can happen is a bit of paint rub.

I’d have tape where ever any bag or attachment comes into contact with the frame. Get some grey electrical tape, it doesn’t leave residue and is cheap!
Man I would tape the crap out of any contact points. It will rub the paint off. Personally I think that’s part of the game.
Helicopter tape, or as others have posted electrical tape. Go nuts!

What’s the frame material? If it’s carbon then no, you are not worrying too much.
