Hi everyone, sorry if this question is not the best please remove my post if needed. I am trying to restore an old bmx of mine and am having trouble getting the crank on the left off because the Allen bolts are stripped (red).
It seems that this whole crank rod circled in white is one piece, could I hammer it from this side to get the crank out? I would be buying a new crankset anyway. I tried a few tricks to get the stripped allens out but was unlucky.

Sometimes, you can jam a torx wrench into the allen bolt.
Or grind a slot in the head of the bolt and then use a flathead.
There are other methods as well.
