Id look into a form of foot retention first and quickly. Maybe change the seat to something that matches the rest of the bike more in terms of sporty looks, this seat looks like a cushion.

If you’re riding it as a single speed you can disregard the foot retention comments and add a rear brake instead.. if you plan on flipping that rear wheel and riding it fixed then foot retention
