My wife has some rewards point at dicks and I am looking at getting an electric bike and trying to decide on these two bikes.
Price point is $1,000~ so if there is a better option for cheaper I am all ears, just started looking at these two and my wife has Schwinn option listed above in mint and really loves it. Thinking I would get the charcoal gray but wanted to double check here first. Thanks!

I love electric bikes. I built my own, it’s awesome. They are awesome.
That being said I would be hard pressed to advocate on any e bike <$2000. I personally think your $ is better spent on a non electric bike at this price point.
There are a lot of really great pedal bikes to be purchased at $1000. Have you ever been on a decent bicycle. It’s a world of difference between a cheap $200 bike and a good $1000 bike.
Alot of value e bikes are $200 bikes with a $500 electric setup and they suck.
So I came here to talk you out of buying these.
Then I read the specs.
Then I re-read your post and saw you have Dicks gift cards so are stuck buying from Dicks?
Idk why those bikes are 50% off, but spec wise they are decent and definitely worth $1000.
I think the e bike tech on them is pretty outdated. I think they are great value for money.
I’m very conflicted right now lol I’d like to try them out myself.
