Rear dropouts seem pretty worn out, frame is aluminium on a carrera vengeance with a “Yose Power” conversion kit on it.
This is the second time that the rear back wheel just completely fell out, the first time I didn’t take it seriously as I thought it was just the poor clamping mechanism which was going to replaced with the e-bike kit anyway which contains proper “bolts”. But it happened again, so that’s when I started to notice this is just the dropouts fault, especially the derailleur side, looks out of shape. Is there any hope ? What can I do about this ?

I think it’s just caused by too-loose bolts. The dropouts don’t look that bad to me.
The drop outs look fine.
~~Pretty sure you’ve got your washers and torque washers in the wrong places. Usually the torque washer is installed on the outside of the drop out on the brake side of the hub. Not sitting inside the cassette locking.~~
Edit: looks like I’m wrong lots of ebike hub axles use these on both sides.
I think you just need more torque on the bolts.
