a contact lens can sometimes slip up under the eyelid and become stuck this can occur when eye movements displace the lens from its proper position now normally you can use eye drops to moisten the eye and dig the lens out but sometimes if you can’t reach it a doctor will have to pull it out with tweezers

    1. Fun interesting videos that explain things

    2. Horrifying sh!t that could happen to anyone (that also explain things)

  3. Thanks…

I was thinking of switching to contacts later in the future. But now you just unlocked a new fear in me… 😀

  4. This happened to me when I was about 17 years old. A contact slipped up under/behind my top eyelid, and I was unable to get it back out for TWO DAYS. Slept with it feeling like it was digging behind my eye and EVERYTHING. Finally got it out and it was one of the scariest things that ever happened to me. I avoided going to the doctor because I was scared they would need to do some type of eye surgery to remove it.
