That reminds me, I need to spend an afternoon patching tubes soon. Not tubes like this, I’m not a sociopath, but normal tubes with normal holes. Tubes like this get thrown away.

Cut it up and make rim strips, or wrap it as a chainstay protector. But I admire your determination!

Just patched the same tube twice and a new one in the last two days- without really riding. A minuscule metal sliver I could barely see was poking through the tire wall. Fingers crossed, and also a lesson to check more thoroughly what caused the initial leak *before* replacing tube. Gl.
