  1. Better to practice in a less touristy area.

    Tape your nutrition to your bike or use a race belt with a pouch.

    Put your helmet on your bike so you don’t have to bend down 10 times to get ready.

    I like to use a slightly bigger towel so I can wipe my feet off before putting on my shoes. It sucks to bike with a shoe full of sand.

  2. Да, плавать в кроссовках он будет и кепке. Видимо ума хватило только на музыку, название уже не получилось
