This is a threaded headset, probably 1″, so you’ll need a bumper bar designed for the same dimensions, otherwise it’ll be too big and not sit snuggly.
No idea on the specific standards of how your saddle is mounted but it looks like most stabilizers wouldn’t fit as the rails aren’t standard like modern saddles.
