I have a State carbon fork. Has single eyelets on the…forks of the fork and a fender eyelet, but only on the back of the fork. I guess that's my biggest hurdle. Everything I find that can work needs that hole on the front. Being carbon, I dont want to use those clamp on racks. Too sketchy for me. Fork is rated for 15lbs.

Tubus Tara. She mounts to the mid-leg eyelets on your fork.
What’s the motivation for putting a rack on a fork not designed for a rack?
15lbs seems quite easy to overload. But here you go…

This rack is very expensive, but the form factor is found elsewhere.

Note there’s a mount to the front hole, I believe those can pass under the fork in the Fender Zone and mount to the rear facing center hole on OPs rack. You will be bending some metal.
