There are wedges you can put between crank and bottom bracket to force it off.
Try heating it up with a little propane torch then go ride it around a bit.
Aluminum heats up quicker than steel.
I hate to ask, but were you using a crank puller? The cranks dont just pop off after you remove the bolt.
I always try and get some oil in first. Wd 40 also works. It really help’s not pulling dry cranks. On tuff cranks it nice to have a cheater bar as well to save your hands. another tip, thread puller all the way til it bottoms out then get a wrench and turn it just a tiny bit more. Make sure all washers are out as well.
I’ve probably taken off 70 of these and failed twice.
But yea those cranks are toast. I’d just cut them off.
