    I’ve extensively tested this and will continue to do so.  I’ve never asked to be compensated, I make this sacrifice out of love for our sport.

    Boarding/skiing, surfing, biking…all sports where a flow state is important. All sports with lots of potheads.

  3. I dissect tech way way better when I indulge lol. I even ride gnar jersey mtn creek tech that way lol. Just helps me think better idk 🤷🏻‍♂️

    I get high before most rides, and I’ve done all my gnarliest ones while high, be it solo backcountry, black/double black tech trails I’ve never ridden, etc.

    It helps me so much. Namely, it keeps my stomach happy. I have issues with being able to ride if I’ve eaten anything a couple hours prior, but if I smoke beforehand I have nothing to worry about. I also like how I can just zone out and spin on long climbs, I’m just focused on getting up the hill and nothing else. Same for riding down, I enter the flow state much easier if I’ve smoked.

    I know some people who can’t stand smoking before a ride, so I would say the effects really vary from person to person. Personally I can’t imagine riding without it more than is necessary (ie, lunch rides).

    I smoke more than most people, and the things it mentioned having a negative effect on, my numbers are amazing.

    I know any kind of smoke consumption is bad for you, but I think if you train enough, the effects are negligible
