First time trying this. Are these tools enough to do the job? I am just not sure if I need another tool to remove the rotors. I’ve been trying lately to learn how to do some stuff on the bike which I would not have normally tried.

It appears that your cassette may have come off. This is common for some DT Swiss and Fulcrum wheels. You can probably just put it back on. Here is a relevant video for DT wheels https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXJ2ao-Iq14
