look at this this is mental I think I’ve ended up coming out on a protest hello guys and welcome back to another video if you’re new around here then my name is London hustle and you join me today here in Birmingham I came Birmingham quite a while ago actually before Christmas and it’s been heavily requested down in the comments that I come back and give it a second visit so that’s what we’re doing today it’s a little bit windy today I just felt a drop of rain come down as well which is quite frustrating because when I check the for it wasn’t meant to rain but we’re here now so there’s not much we can do about it huge thank you to hitway for sending me out one of their bikes to try in today’s video talk about that a little bit more later on but for now let’s get oursel a order first order come through it’s from Wing Stop paying £740 do I want to take this though it looks like it’s really far away no you know what I’m going to decline this one for the first one of the day I don’t really want to be heading too far out of the center I’d rather have a few short orders around here this seems like the place to wait though you got Nando Pizza Hut lot of restaurants around here it’s been about 10 minutes and we are yet to get another order come through maybe I should have took that one starting to regret it a little bit now very busy here in Birmingham it’s a uh a Monday today I wasn’t expecting it to be so busy feels like a weekend with this amount of people oh look at that the power of the camera as soon as I turn it on we get an order come through from Pepe’s Perry Perry 437 let’s go ahead and do this on board of sitting around we getting out of the main street now it’s a little bit more chilled up here that’s not too bad either we’re just 2 minutes away I think it’s quite crazy that I feel safer leaving a bike unlocked in London when I do Birmingham hi M I got 552 hello 552 552 yeah thank you yeah why didn’t he hand me them together that don’t make sense and when I first spoke to him he completely blanked me not the greatest start usually when I come outside of London I find that the people are more friendly Bing gum however the last time I came here and so far it’s the opposite it’s actually worse than London all right our first customer is 10 minutes away and oh the rain is starting to come down now every time I speak about it it gets worse going to try not to moan about the weather today though I feel like I do that far too often this is the hitway bk1 six and it has three different level modes of assist I’m currently setting number three which maxes out of 15.5 mph you can get above that speed obviously but the motor stops assisting you in accordance with the UK law tell you what it does feel like it’s got some power behind it and so far I’m really enjoying the riding position it’s a few bikes I’ve tested out in the past which I’ve not been a fan of but this one is really nice it’s got a lot of adjustability as well so you can get it in a way that suits you oh we’re really picking up some speed down here now okay the brakes feel good not as Punchy as I was Lake but really not bad at all right another yapping on8 more minutes to this customer let’s [Music] go here’s our first incline of the day I tell you what it’s absolutely breezing up here no problems at [Music] all hi mate you ordered yeah I just grabb the code off you there you go man there’s your drinks enjoy oh look at this it wants to give me another order straight away but it’s going really far south this one wants to take me even further that was a pretty nice order to start off the shift my train back today is at 4:00 so we’ve got a good few hours hopefully we’ll Jam in quite a lot of orders in that time should be an interesting video so Birmingham also has trams which we need to be on alert for I’m not used to driving in cities with these things and they’re just chilling on the roads with us so yeah that’s going to be very interesting is this one going oh my God it is yeah see I was about to go back on the road there that make good content wouldn’t it London hustle gets hit by tram one thing I’m happy about on this bik though is we got pretty big fat tires on it so I don’t have to worry about these little grooves here I did a video a little while back on a a tiny little bike that had really really small tires that’ be quite dangerous driving it around a city that has TRS I have got plans to going to some cities a little bit further a field from London it will be coming soon make sure you’re subscribed if you want to see that I feel like I’m just waffling away trying to get another order I don’t know what’s happening don’t mind though look at this this is cool as well I don’t know what this building is looks interesting oh sh look at that I got like a little fountain down there it’s like the bch trafala square finally getting another order come through this one’s a double from Wing Stop which is quite conveniently just here on my left let’s do it yeah oh that was perfect I think we got quite lucky there it was really busy inside look how many delivery drivers are just waiting around here you can see how busy the streets are everywhere’s busy apart from deliveries and to be fair that might be why everyone’s just out instead of at home ordering or at work ordering it’s obviously having a big impact on deliveries I am happy to be on an order right now and our first customer is only 7 minutes away which isn’t bad it’s always fun driving around new cities as well I am genuinely Blown Away by how busy it is though on a Monday afternoon it’s not even nice weather if it was a really sunny day I could understand it but it’s windy it was raining it’s not warm it’s about 12° maybe there’s a like bank holiday today or something that I’m unaware of not seeing any kids about which suggest they’re still in school not that I go around looking for kids that would be weird this bike feels very smooth to ride it’s got front suspension and really fat tires which work in harmony together it’s currently on sale for £949 on their website right and it has a 48v 18 amp battery which is mental for that price I double and triple checked it I even emailed them to ask and they said yeah that’s correct we’re running a sale and I never come on here trying to sell you bikes I just ride them review them and tell you what I think about them to me that price is absolutely mental I think it’s a bargain obviously don’t take my word as gospel yeah that just seems crazy oh absolute light work so far very impressed hello you the wrong house okay yeah I I I see now I’m yeah I’ll be there in 2 seconds oh that’s embarrassing I went to the wrong house hi sorry about that can I grab the code please it’s 88 88 thank you iny well not the best start to the video in B gum is it slow orders and I almost delivered to the wrong house welcome to the channel if you’re new I guess all right our second customer is only 3 minutes away which is nice we’re dropping off to the Travel Lodge which is a hotel where’s the entrance over there there is a just there is there yeah it’s all right I’m going to take the stairs I need the exercise yeah thank you I could do with the exercise it’s getting into summer and I’ve been skipping out on the gym he you right there you are can I just grab the code please um awesome thank you mate all enjoy wants to give me another one straight away only around the corner from a place called I crave 3 12 why not I soon at the center it’s like a ghost town there’s absolutely no one around it’s so bizar are I’ve got a59 thank you this customer is nice and close they’re only 4 minutes away so I’m surprised at how much it’s paying it’s only paying £2 but usually for a distance this short you get paid the minimum of £290 my only guess would be that I’m the only Rider in this area I imagine most of them are down in the city center right now if you guys are enjoying this video so today the first customer was waiting outside for me that customer then opened the door before I even had a chance to knock the second one the one in the middle she was at the house as well so we didn’t have to go up any flights of stairs into any Apartments which is always a positive because it means we save a lot of time on the drop off we are so far away from the city center now that’s crazy we’ve done 11 M so far on this bike and it’s not dropped a single battery not only is it a 48 Vol 18 amp battery they used Samsung CS so it’s not just one of those cheap Chinese batteries know it’s a good quality battery I don’t usually hype bikes up this much but I’m genuinely so impressed with it oh here we go we’re getting another order and oh this is nice because it’s taking me back in towards the city center although it is picking up from Morrison’s which is a supermarket so we do run the risk of having a really heavy order I’m going to take that risk hi yeah I have 3878 just the one bag here yeah Portland roads I think it’s this way if you ask maybe ask someone at the shop they’ll know better than me no that happens so often you know when I come to New cities people see me as a Uber driver and ask for directions thinking I know what I’m talking about I ain’t got a Scooby-Doo all we picked up from that morison’s order was two can of deodorant and some toothpaste so someone’s looking after their personal hygiene which is always nice not many people doing bming gum I’m any joking they’re only 7 minutes away and it’s in the direction of the center which is where I was going to go anyway all right we’re now just 1.3 miles from this customer let’s go [Music] oh my God what is going on I wish I wish I had a buzzer to get involved I feel left out why is the red car just in half the lanes and why is this one not going around there’s loads of space there no idea what’s happening here all mate you’re right there you are man can I grab the code please SPX thank you yes here we go here we go another order coming in straight away from Big John’s £ 33 let’s try it out I’m happy that we’re now getting back to back orders though this is how as expecting the video to start maybe in Birmingham they just like to eat a little bit later on only 2 minutes from Big John’s as well which is good looks a little bit sketchy around here a seek Kebab Panini and two Southern Fried Chickens thank you no a couple minutes waiting look at that they got their own delivery car there that’s something you don’t really see in London is companies having their own delivery services oh wow that’s way better than what I was expecting the customer only 2 minutes around no I’m going the wrong when am I ever going the right way someone needs to study why I always go the wrong way am I just stupid now really nice quick order this one 2 minutes 0.5 miles easy [Music] money it is it Adil yeah cool hey do sorry there you are man can I grab the e code off you please perfect thank you mate enjoy that was a very weird drop off there was just a load of people congregated out the front and still is and the guy who actually ordered was just stood right next to me watching me lock up the bike as soon as I locked it up and went to stand up he said is that my order and it turns like it was not the end of the world and I’m just glad that I didn’t have to go up to an apartment I thought I was going to have to go inside there and then leave my bike out there with all those people which I didn’t really feel comfortable doing the time is now 5 minutes to 2 which means we’ve probably been online for about an hour and 40 minutes maybe just under and we’re up to £19 78 20 in just under 2 hours might sound weird that I’m pleasantly surprised by that but the way things started and how slow things were I was expecting to be way under £10 an hour I will take that oh my God look at that Adult World 18 plus adults only should we just sack off the video and go in there oh can you guys hear that I’m hearing more beeping I feel like there’s been a crash or an event or something’s happening because there is so much traffic bit upu around here look at this this is mental I’m just going to keep following it why is everyone celebrating maybe it’s not even because of the traffic maybe someone’s there’s like an event on I think I’m delivering during a protest it’s all Uber drivers that are beeping they all waving at each other as well I don’t know I think I’ve ended up coming out on a protest for Uber oh look at this there’s news Cru as well yeah there obviously something happening do you know where everyone’s beeping is there a protest a protest by Uber drivers who say they are underpaid okay not being treated very well interesting is it just in Birmingham yeah about 100 of them I think or maybe a couple of hundred do you use Uber not really no that’s me all right thank you for letting me know as we asking that we’re getting an order through from Brew dog beers and burger £290 let’s accept he asked me if I had a view I think he wanted to interview me for his uh News Channel but on camera shy man I don’t like being on camera at least we got the title and thumbnail of the video now delivering during Uber [Music] protest is that 6215 sweet thank you oh my god customer so close way closer than what I thought question is which way do I need to go is it this way no way I’m actually going to go the right way for once yeah customer is only 2 minutes away which is [Applause] nice oh this looks like it could potentially be our first apartment complex is the notes say to call them and they’ll come down hi it’s your delivery driver I’m just downstairs also I didn’t have time to fully fix it before coming to film this video I was under a little bit of time pressure but this bike also comes with a rear rack so you could easily just Mount the bag on the back here and it takes all the pressure off your back this bike keeps surprising me all man you’re right there you 4 Z thank you enjoy another one buts the dust absolutely smashing it and the good thing is because of how close that customer was for only a minute or two away from the center I just hit the 5 minute Mark exactly since I got here and I’m getting myself an order from the German donica bab which is here on my right I don’t think I’m going to take it that distance is long I think this order should be paying at least £6 I’m guessing because it’s quiet they’re trying to get away with paying less and I am not going to do that a nice sign that orders are coming through though I’m starting to get a little bored of sitting here so I’m going to go on a little ride bring you guys along for the journey hopefully we get an order come through you can still see the city Center’s looking busy time is now half2 this is what I would consider out of lunchtime you know I think it’s got to that point where even if a McDonald’s order came through I might take it that’s how you know things are getting desperate McDonald’s has about 20 Riders sat outside of it yeah okay things are really really in the bin right now for deliveries I’m going to do the outro a better look at the hitway bk16 that we used in today’s video I want to start off at the back here the bike comes with a rear rack already attached in the Box super easy and as a delivery driver this would be amazing you can attach your bag to it and take all that pressure off your back looking just underneath it it also comes with both rear and front mud guards which if you live in the UK is very useful moving on to the back wheel inside here we have A50 W Motor a 7speed Shimano cassette as well as hydraulic disc brakes which is crucial for an ebike moving on up to the seat this is one of the comfiest seats I’ve ever tried out of the box on any ebike and it’s I don’t know if you can see it’s got these little like circular patterns which have a bit of grip to them and it stops you sliding around which I’m a really big fan of usually I’ll swap out seats on bikes but this this is one that I’m going to keep so this center tube here is where the battery is kept as I mentioned earlier it’s a 48v 18 a Samsung battery which I’m still Blown Away with you can see up here to unlock it you have a key fob which allows you to take the battery off the bike if you want to charge it indoors but if you don’t want to do that you can also lift up this tab here and you can charge the battery while it’s still on the bike we’ve got front suspension it’s not the best in the world but it’s also not the worst it does the job nothing really special there and then a light up the front moving up onto the handlebars pretty standard grips which if you give them enough Force we’ll move I don’t know how we’re going to do with the light here but this is one of my favorite displays on a bike there’s not much to it at all it’s very very simplistic but the numbers are nice and big so you can look down and see exactly what you want to see yeah I can’t lie I really enjoyed today’s video and I had a lot more fun on this bike than I thought I would so if you watched the channel before you know I like to give three scores on the bikes Comfort practicality and enjoyability starting off with Comfort I have no complaints about this bike the seat was really comfy we have nice FR front susp mention big wheels to soak up a lot of that impact and the riding position was great also something I didn’t mention is it step through I’m not really the biggest fan aesthetically of step three bikes but when it comes to practicality you can’t beat it especially when you have a heavy backpack on you so for Comfort I’d have to give this thing an8 out of 10 moving on to practicality again this bike it’s got a rear rack disc brakes huge battery nice easy to ous display it’s really going to be hard for this to get a low scorer in practicality but we did 17 mil today and we only dropped down by one bar and there’s 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 n there’s 10 bars on total on this thing and we dropped down by one now I’m not saying all of them are equal but we did 17 Mi no issues at all and it’s only just dropped down a battery practicality 8.5 finally moving on to enjoyability now it’s not as fun as some of the bikes I’ve had in the past which I’ve took on ramps and round tracks but it’s not that type of bike it’s designed for riding in the city a little bit of off-road if you need to and it does what it says it does I’ve definitely had less fun bikes in the past so I’ll give this a pretty average score of a 6.5 now I do want to add one extra category in which I’ve never added in before and that is value for money because I can’t not talk about how good a value for money this bike is originally on their website I think it sells for about £1,400 which I would say is fair however right now when I’m recording this not sure if it’s still on now but they’ve got a sale on where it’s under £1,000 you know how crazy it is to get a bike that’s got a 48v 18 a Samsung battery rear rack 7speed set fat tires an LCD display for under £1,000 it’s just I’ve done a lot of bike reviews before but I don’t think I’ve done one where the bike has so much value yeah man this this has been fun I’ve really enjoyed this bike hope you guys enjoyed today’s video managed should find a little bit of a spot next to some
