Well, you have a setback seat post and a seat that’s pushed to the end of the rails along with a super short stem. I’d probably start there if you’re uncomfortable.
Edit/ I re read and guess you’re saying you’re only comfy this way, which if it works it works. Still looks a little goofy and you could probably do some stuff to fix that.

Several weird things going on with fit.
Assuming the frame fits you, you’ll probably need to scoot that seat forward a fair amount and get a longer stem.
Not only is the stem super short, higher bars (which you have) also decrease the reach and tilting them back decreases it even further.
How tall are you? Do you know what size frame this is? I can tell from the headtube that it’s quite a small frame.

I look at this picture and my first reaction is to make a joke, but something tells me you may actually have no idea what’s going on here. You have what I feel like is a 20mm stem with a setback seatpost+your saddle pushed as far back as it can go. Makes 0 sense. Get an 80-100mm stem and fix the saddle postiton.

You have a setback seatpost and a waaaaay too short stem to compensate. Also you have super high risers on an Aero aluminum track bike. If you are looking to get something more upright and comfortable you are far better off getting something with a shorter reach and/or higher stack rather than trying to make the bike into something it’s not. I also have a sneaking suspicion the bike is too big for you with how low the saddle is. You might also have the saddle that low to get a higher handlebar in relation to your saddle height. Either one of those or you just have short lil legs, idk tho . If you want better answers about comfort post a pic of you on the bike and that’ll give us a way better understanding of what’s going on.

You have a seat and handlebars are pushed way back, and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t particularly care about being aero. I’d imagine it feels off balance, but I’ve never ridden anything like it.
Consider getting new handlebars, stem, and seatpost (or adjust your current one forward so your saddle is directly over your seatpost).

Stem is super short for the geo making it really twitchy probably

How tall are you and what size is this bike frame? Did you intentionally put these parts on it or did you get the bike from someone else and just adjust things?
Your bike is set up super weird, you have things adjusted in ways that suggest the frame might be too big for you, but you also have parts on there making the problem worse, so it’s hard what the actual problem is.

Set the riser bars to be more upright, and then slide your saddle forward a bit. You seem to have a pretty slack head angle for a track style bike and a fork without a lot of rake it looks like. That might not be the case, though. It’s hard to tell in pictures sometimes.
The saddle and bars will be the more important bit. You want to be over the bb more to deliver power more efficiently.

Long legs short torso. I run a very short stem too, but only with drop bars because they add back some reach

Your frameset is too big, your stem too short, you saddle position is completely off
Keroshii on
The bar roll looks way too far back (this can be preferance for fit) which somewhat covers the stem and makes the front end look really awkward. Seat being quite far as as well as an offset seat post makes that area look awkward as well. Is there any reason why you have chosen a set up like this?

Short stems just don’t make sense on a track bike unless you’re doing freestyle stuff but even then the frames for that have completely different geometry and can clear bar spins n what not

I have to agree with others that the bike is probably too big for you, specifically because the seatpost is pretty low and you’re doing things like shortening the stem and getting bars that sweep back. It also doesn’t help your seatpost is setback, probably wanna try a straight one at least
