Georgia 🇬🇪 – Е01 | The road to Ushguli

In this video I am on my way to a village called Ushguli, located high up in the Caucasus mountains of Georgia at 2200m.

hi I’m ban on a bike [Music] [Applause] all right so this is the road toi I have uh five more kilomet to go to the to town to the village and uh I gu should be careful because there are a lot of falling Crocs here and at this time of the Season ah you know there rains and then yeah I’ll say it’s pretty scary Road according to me [Music] [Music] is the the caucus Village of uh Uli it’s located uh very high up in the mountains and actually this time of the year uh further on the road there is snow so I’m not able to proceed but uh yeah it’s wow it’s it’s amazing it has this Char characteristics towers and uh yeah it’s it’s pretty pretty Majestic and dting at the same time [Music] so let’s see where from should I go oh it’s it’s really mudy right here and I should also check how deep that’s it because it has the potential to be quite deep okay here we [Music] go I’ll try to [Music] go from here [Music] [Music] okay it wasn’t that [Music] bad yeah well it’s a very it’s a very very dating place especially given the landscape and everything it’s not a place that I want to finish up at night for sure [Music] [Music] it’s really really scary [Music] [Music] I want to check where is this road leading [Music] [Music] sh [Music] okay so I’m now inside muli it’s a very very slippery everywhere because of the rains huh I guess you can call this the city center maybe I’ll park the bike somewhere and I’ll explore by foot yeah there seems like a good parking [Music] spot yeah okay almost [Music] [Music] okay here we are okay so I’m inside the city of Uli as you can see these are the towers and uh the people here told me that these were built in the 12th century they were used to uh they build them so that they can protect their families they used to live up here see so that’s where I parked the bike I think you you can call this the city center so it’s currently raining but I keep my rain gear on and uh everything is fine uh so okay let’s let’s make a tour of Uli all right so maybe I should go in a bit because the rain started to intensify and up here fuli is located on 200 2,200 M about level so it might turn into snow actually see and uh actually what worries me what worries me is that some of the road there rivers and they might get uh bigger and the crossing will be harder so yeah I better be going now [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music]
