Hey y’all. Photo just for fun from last year’s VTXL setup. I am looking for brands that have an adjustable size for a full frame bag. I have a smaller triangle in a hard tail, and a larger triangle on a Surly (above). Looking for one bag that will fit two bikes. After a few basket-tours, I need the weight lower for stability and safety, and am trying to ditch a seat bag on summer single track hardtail adventures. Thanks for any help!!!

I’ve yet to see anything on the market like that other than the Blackburn frame bag that extends down some. I think you might have some luck on the custom frame bag manufacturers but it won’t be cheap.
Are the top tube lengths close to the same on both bikes? What about the spacing between the TT and DT by the headtube?
