Hey guys so for reference im 6'3 350 im big guy look for a bike to get some exercise and to commute to and from work. I'd be driving on paved trails andnl roads with some a slight hill on my return home.

I think a 650b wheel might feel small at your height. My instinct is to get a 700c or 29er wheel, but if you’ve thrown a leg over it and it feels good to you, ignore my advice.
You may want to have your shop look into a heavier duty wheel than is provided stock.
Other than those two things, I think that’s a fine choice.
