The chainring and crankset are from an 80s schwinn exercise bike. The rear wheel is too. Strangely enough they come set up with a fixed gear hub laced to a 20 inch wheel. The rear wheel originally had a solid rubber tire on it that I had to cut off and I also had to drill a valve hole in the rim. To get the chainring to clear the chain stay, I smashed it with a hammer until it stopped scraping. I don’t know the chainring tooth count but I believe the rear cog is a 15t. With the small wheels the gearing is actually not all that steep! This was really just a joke build to see if it was possible. It rides!
