I bike packed and was taking 2 Gal of water ontop of my gear back to the camp site. I rolled the rear up a curb a little too quick and put a definitely noticable warp and flat spot on the wheel. I started fixing it and noticed the seam bulged. I replaced the wheel but is this still safe?
