I have the “Cestbon adjustable out front bike mount” and it allows you to angle it down a little bit

I use one of these on my aeroad, adjustable angle and works great. Can mount a light on the bottom of you choose one with that attachment.
+1 for K-edge. I have one on my integrated cockpit on the Endurace. It has a small hinge forward of the mounting point so you can set your desired angle.
