In the mid 2000's when I started wrenching, one customer had a lite speed I would drool over. I looked for one that I liked and I bought this a few years ago mostly as it is now.
I had it built up as a ss/fixed using a White Industries Eno hub last season, but my knees didn't like riding like that and pulling my kid in a trailer too well so I slapped the gears back on it. Not to mention, the Shimano silent clutch hub it came with is pretty sick.

Now I get to drool. Yeah, someday I’d like to have a Ti frame. The pinnacle of frame material IMO.
