Do you have another magnet you can stick down the post hole?
If it’s small enough to fit through the vent hole inside the seat tube, just hold the frame so the stay is vertical, and shake until it comes out.
Pump that hole with some kind of adhesive and guide the piece of metal into the goop and let it dry in place?
Take wheels off, do the magnet thing first, hold fram in your hands, with head tube down shake it around a bit until it falls out of the hole and into the seat tube then tilt the frame so seat tube opening is down.
Bu yif the thing inside is bigger than the hole, you are screwed.
There may be a bigger hole for it to fall out of at the bottom bracket.
did you try taking the crankset and bottom bracket out and removing that way?
