Setting up a fork and cockpit

Hey Guys !
Really proud to join the family after several years into cycling, finally got me a Canyon (Grail CFSL7)
Don’t want to rush myself into setting it up. I faced myself with something I didn’t encounter yet on some other bikes.
While mounting the cockpit, it seems that the first spacer and headset are misaligned with the fork. Not trying too hard it seems that they are not moving (that’s what seems really strange to me). What should I do in order to realign them : Some screws that I would have missed to unscrew ? Remove the cockpit and try harder ?
