Just finished up a new road build on my Grail AL.
Powdercoated the frame with a cool color shift,
Replaced the groupset from GRX 10 speed to 12 speed SRAM Rival AXS, 50mm carbon wheels with 35mm GP5000 tires setup tubeless.
This was a ton of fun and honestly not crazy expensive to do. There are great deals out there right now on components if you search around.
