Just wanted to share the news that I just completed my first ever multi day bike tour from Toronto, Ontario to Ottawa, solo. Overall great trip but issues with the trans Canada rail trail had me biking on highway 7. Would highly recommend the trip to anyone doubting themselves, you can do it! Through ups and downs, crashes and falls it’s a tough journey.

Keep in mind a lot of the gear here is overkill. I work at a bike shop so a lot of this stuff is discounted heavily for us. Just note you don’t need anything fancy!
