You need a two-notched freewheel remover. It’s been a while, but I think Maillard, SunTour and Regina all used the same spacing, so yo need a Park Tool FR-2, VAR RL-41300 or a Cyclus two-prong tool for Atom, Maillard, Regina, SunTour
The two-notch freewheel design was frankly a bit crap. Make sure you use your quick-release skewer to hold the tool in place so it can’t slip and trash the notches.
