  1. Clean it up, lube it, adjust it as necessary and enjoy! Maybe add some nice bar tape, too.

  2. My boss also has an orange Crescent from that era. Yours looks to be in pretty decent shape.

    If I were you I would strip all the components off the frame and degrease/ clean all the components. Clean the rust out of the seat tube if there is any. Replace and repack all the bearings (pedals, bottom bracket, wheels, and the headset). Replace the cables and the chain. Replace the tires (this will probably be the most annoying part- old tubulars). It will probably take you a while to do all this but in my opinion the bike is worthy of the restoration!
