I came across this on fb marketplace, and I ’m familiar with the popularity of the Dolans, but for $500 is it worth it? The omniums and frame are the only things that stick out to me. What do you guys think?

The Dolan itself is about $450-500 from Retrogression.
Omnium cranks are about $325.
Planet X fork isn’t cheap I am gonna assume.
The rest of the bike is basically free at that point I would guess. If all of it checks out and you don’t have to go too deep into replacing a bunch of stuff to fit your body or something you might consider it a good deal.
In the description he says $1000 obo, I don’t think this chaps going down to $500 unless you already worked something out with him.
yes that would be a very good price. pre cursa is probably the best cost to quality frame there is, personally hate the gxp bb but omnium cranks are so sought after you can easily sell them/ swap them for something as good or better. if it’s the right size go for it.
I’ve seen the frame+stock fork for $350 with the omnium being another $300, PlanetX fork is around $150 used
Those 3 thing alone is already a hell of a bargain…or an amazing flip to get even cooler parts up to you!
