Title. I'm going on a trip in a few weeks and wondering if I should replace these. I'm definitely leaning towards yes, as it's already going to the shop to get bearings done, but wanted to see what Reddit thought. Also, any have any recommendations? Current tires are Onza Porcupines, I have schwalbe (Magic Mary/Hans Dampf) on my other bike and I like them a lot.

Depends on the conditions you expect. If it’s going to be dry hard pack just send it. Your side knobs look great 👍
Do you ride on pavement? I would replace this for sure.
Those lines on the tread are called sipes, and when they’re gone (like they are in your pic) it’s time to replace.
It’s a rear tire? Ride till it’s dead. Looks like it’s lasted a long time though congrats
Depend what kind of conditions, but they look fine to me, especially side knobs. If you are going to have confidence issues, just replace the front tire.
