Yes! I have a Makita bag I carry everything in. Probably damn near the exact same size of yours (all black though). It fits perfectly in the Wald basket I have on the front rack on one of my bikes. And I can just grab it and move it to the milk-crate on the back of one of my other bikes. Very handy.
Looks like you actually bolted through your bag and affixed it to the plywood? Good idea. Though the plywood is probably a poor choice weight-wise, it certainly fits the theme!
