I was treated with sunshine and smooth gravel

Another round Berlin to Brocken, the highest point of Germany north of the alps. My third go at it with -in parts- vastly different routes from different tools and options. This time the first half was a absolute pleasure to cycle, empty doubletrack through sunny forest, but still some hiccups later. Botched the first overnight and passed some very nice hang spots just to find out that the forest I wanted to sleep in was of the highest environmental protection category, so in order to protect the wildlife and my wallet a single treeline between fields was all I could work with for many km to come. First time I was kinda glad that hammock/UQ is green. Still very new to cheap but small new manual focus only lens, excuse the image quality.

And yeah, I slept under the sky during all the aurora borealis and i fucking missed it by not checking the news and falling asleep in my fluffy down cloud to quick. Could bite my ass.
