Its been like this for weeks I think its just dirt inside or something but bothers me but i saw a very little crack even hard to notice. What do you think I should do?

It’s the housing. [Specifically the shift housing. This picture shows what it looks like under the outer coating. Your housing is basically doing what we see here, this is just an extreme example. The outer coating will sometimes contract/retreat, exposing the inner wires. Those then grind against the housing stop or the housing ferrule.](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ngG1PGrdL._AC_UF894,1000_QL80_.jpg) the fix is to remove the shift cable from the housing and trim off the exposed wires
