Bike brakes not in place and I can’t find a tutorial

Thinking right this is the reason I crashed today 💀. My brakes don’t have enough friction because the brake pad it out of place but I can’t find a tutorial for these brakes in specific areas they are cheap brand or something? It both front and back I’m guessing from jumps so 🤷.
