This was my first build from scratch, and very happy with how it came out.
It’s got 11 speed SRAM force 22 mechanical shifters and hydraulic brakes which I converted to a 12 speed with a ratio kit. The back is a SRAM GX eagle derailleur on a garbaruk 10-48 cassette with 40t cranks. Salsa cowchipper handlebars, fyxation carbon fork, and wtb proterra 700c wheels with ultradynamico tires.
I’ve been very happy with how it rides and how it came out. It feels like a true all arounder, and it’s how I’ve been riding it. It’s arguably my most fun bike when it comes to descending, the bigger tires and steel frame just make it feel so sturdy compared to my canyon endurace.

The first photo is from this week, the second photo was from 2 months ago when I first built it up, hence the minor differences. There was a lot of re-doing of things that had to happen due to me making mistakes having never built a bike from scratch before.
