Mena scares me, I might smoke too much weed and fall asleep on the tracks with my best friends after getting stabbed repeatedly.
But seriously it is awesome that a state is taking an aggressive approach to adding trails and actively seeking MTB tourism. This can only mean good things in other states watching their example.
