Hi! My bike started making this creaky noise a few months ago, but now it's getting worse. It seems like it comes from the handlebar/cables, but i'm not sure. It gets really loud when i'm standing out of the saddle.
Any guesses or help?

could be a dry/worn headset bearing
could be the cables creaking in the cable stops of the frame.
try wiggling the cables in the same way without turning the handlebars. if it creaks–> replace cables/housing, if it doesn’t–>service/replace headset bearings
