I recently had a big crash in a race and my derailleur is cracked along with a bent back disc brake. I’ve filled the contact form with Canyon but they told me it will take an approximate of a week to two weeks for them to get back to me. I have another race scheduled at the end of the point. I’m not sure if I should wait for a response from them for hopefully replacement parts

I just had a replacement frame, and they just supplied the frame, no fork and no parts etc. you can ask them to add what parts you need to your order and they will send it alongside, if it’s in stock (at cost to you). Cheers
This is on you, so you are better off taking it to a bike shop or fixing it yourself. Your current situation is not solved by the “Crash Replacement” program (assuming your frame is still ok), which is only for Canyon branded parts. Waiting for Canyon to respond back is a waste of time. As a quick tip, everytime you buy a new bike, get an extra derailleur hanger for situations like this. It will probably end up being the longest lead time part related to this repair.
From the website:
*Crash replacement is a voluntary service provided by Canyon to help replace damaged parts after an accident. It isn’t available for third party components and we cannot guarantee there will always be replacement parts available in identical colours.*
