    You could see what Brooks will do about the warranty, if they wont cover it the tension pin is inexpensive.

    it isn’t particularly hard to replace, I would email their customer support with a picture and ask for a new screw. Can’t remember what ther warranty is like but I’m sure they can provide the replacement parts.

    they sell super expensive saddles and use ultra cheat crap bolts. What a bastards. I use brooks b17 too. Very comfortable, but the quality is from 19th century
