Lovely bike and colour, I have the same one. Using it with PD-ME700 pedals rather than flats (click in for fast fun and commuting, can wear normal shoes for chilled rides).
Changed the BB to a BB-R60 6800 and the crank to a GRX 48/31. Changing the handlebar this weekend – the stock one is a bit wide and long reach for me, so swapping out to a Deda Zero1 RHM.
